Observe, swirl, sniff, sip, savor: discover the art of wine tasting in one of our scenic rooms next to Palmaria Restaurant. There are three wine-tasting itineraries called “Italian wines to tickle your taste buds” to choose from:

  • Mister Vermentino: white wine between Liguria and Tuscany
  • Red Wine: an all-Italian itinerary
  • For Bubble Lovers

Each itinerary involves tasting three different wines accompanied by delicious appetizers.

Have you ever heard of Sciacchetrà? It is the pride of the Cinque Terre winemakers, a sweet nectar that was praised by poets and writers such as Pliny, Boccaccio, Petrarch and Gabriele D’Annunzio. A must-try when visiting the Gulf Of Poets!
